1972 Senate Bill 0390. An Act Providing That The Total Number Of Signatures Of Registered Voters Required For Placing A Candidate's Name On A State-Wide Ballot Of The Commonwealth Of Massachusetts For Nomination To Office Shall Not Be Pro-Rated Within The District For Which The Office Is Sought.
