Surface: flat, uneven, soft, loose sand and gravel 7 in. deep material: sand and gravel sides: right, slopes up from gutter, left, slopes up from gutter gutters: right, 10 in. deep, left, 13 in. deep sidewalks: right, none, left, none. Remarks: A very poor road. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
