Surface: crowned 5 in., includes car track, soft mud 2 in. deep material: gravel sides: right, slopes down to sidewalk, left, slopes up to sidewalk gutters: right, 4 in. deep, left, 5 in. deep sidewalks: right, 5 ft. wide, level with gutter, left, 5 ft. wide, 12 in. above gutter. Remarks: Under drainage is very poor. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
