Surface: crowned 6 in., hard and smooth material: gravel which compacts hard sides: right, slopes down embankment 8 ft., left, slopes down embankment 10 ft gutters: right, natural slope down, left, natural slope down sidewalks: right, none, left, none. Remarks: An excellent gravel road. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
