Surface: crowned 7 in., fairly hard and smooth material: gravel sides: right, curbing rises 6 in., left, slopes up from gutter to sidewalk gutters: right, 10 in. deep, left, 8 in. deep sidewalks: right, 9 ft. wide, 6 in. above gutter, left, 7 ft. wide, 3 in. above gutter. Remarks: A very good road. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
