Worcester 37 --Caption title. Width of road: 43 ft. Traveled way: width 40 ft., grade 3 ft. per 100. Surface: crowned 5 in., rough, with loose stones and dust, car track paved material: hard coarse gravel and large stones sides: right, slopes up natural slope, left, slopes up natural slope from sidewalk gutters: right, none, left, 14 in. deep sidewalks: right, none, left, 3 ft wide. Remarks: Road is washed out in several places, and is in poor condition. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
