Surface: crowned 8 in., hard and smooth macadam material: broken stone sides: right, slopes down to gutter, left, slopes down to gutter gutters: right, 1 ft. 6 in. deep, left, 1 ft. deep sidewalks: right, none, left, 7 ft. wide, 6 in. above gutter. Remarks: An excellent road, but needs re-surfacing. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
