Surface: crowned 3 in., rough and soft material: dirt with a little gravel sides: right, grass embankment slopes up, left, grass embankment slopes up gutters: right, 3 in. deep, left, 6 in. deep sidewalks: right, none, left, none. Remarks: fair road, muddy in wet weather. Photograph accompanies the Report of the Commission to Improve the Highways of the Commonwealth, 1893.
