"This project, a follow-up to the Mystic Infiltration Trench Siting and Design project (project number 2020-04/604), constructed small-scale infiltration trenches to reduce nutrient pollution in the Mystic water bodies. The project also educated community members and key stakeholders on the mechanisms and importance of nutrient pollution controls and described these installations in the larger frame of need for investment in stormwater infrastructure."--Descriptive project summary.
