1969 Chap. 0028. An Act Providing That The Commissioner Of Mental Health Shall Establish The Educational And Experience Requirements For Certain Professional Positions In The Department Of Mental Health. Whereas, The Deferred Operation Of This Act Would Tend To Defeat Its Purpose, Which Is To Expedite The Employment Of Certain Persons Rendering Professional Services In The Department Of Mental Health, Therefore It Is Hereby Declared To Be An Emergency Law, Necessary For The Immediate Preservation Of The Public Convenience.
