1946 House Bill 1023. Resolve Urging The Parole Board To Recommend That Persons Paroled From The Penal Institutions Of The Commonwealth For The Purpose Of Serving With The Armed Forces Of The United States Or The Merchant Marine During World War II Be Given A Pardon From The Offenses For Which They Were In Confinement At The Time Of Such Parole.
