An Act Providing That The Cost For Liability Insurance Be Made Uniform Throughout The Commonwealth By The Imposition Of An Additional Excise Tax Of Two Cents On Each Gallon Of Fuel Consumed By Motor Vehicles, And By An Increase Of Present Registration And License Fees For Motor Vehicles; And That A Board Of Liability Insurance Be Created With Certain Powers.
