1959 House Bill 2756. Resolve Providing For An Investigation By A Special Commission Relative To Providing Further Financial Assistance For The Construction Of Relocation Housing Projects; The Application Of Building Laws To Buildings Constructed Pursuant To Land Assembly And Redevelopment Plans By A Housing Or Redevelopment Authority; Restricting The Removal Of Members Of Redevelopment Authorities; The Advisability Of Creating A State Financial Assistance Program For Residents Of Sub-Standard Areas Unable To Obtain Mortgages Or Insurance On Their Property Without Hardship And Extra Expense; And Providing That A Majority Of The Members Of Housing Boards Be Required To Sit At Hearings And Relative To The Vote Required For The Approval Of Projects Of Redevelopment Of Certain Areas.
