1953 House Bill 2718. An Act Instructing The Presidents, Trustees Or Governing Boards Of The Several Colleges And Schools Of The Commonwealth Of Massachusetts To Expel Communists Or Other Persons Associated Or Affiliated With Communistic Or Other Subversive Organizations From Their Teaching Staffs Upon Complaint Of The Attorney General Of The Commonwealth, Or By The District Attorney Of Any One Of The Several Districts After Notice To Such Person And After A Hearing Of The Charges Consistent With Due Process Of Law As Guaranteed By The Fourteenth Amendment Of The Constitution Of The United States.
