    1971 House Bill 6080. An Act Directing The Commissioner Of Insurance To Require All Insurance Companies Writing Automobile Insurance To File Data Showing The Amount Of Profit Made On All Lines Of Automobile Insurance Including Profits From Investment Income And Further Directing The Commissioner Of Insurance To Conduct A Public Hearing Relative To Earnings Made On Compulsory Motor Vehicle Insurance And Providing For A Rebate Or Rate Reduction To Policyholders Of Certain Earnings And Requiring Companies To Withhold Funds For This Purpose.
