1968 Senate Bill 0664. An Act To Equalize Trade Practices In Public Works Procurement: To Promote The General Welfare And Stimulate The Economy Of The Commonwealth By Requiring That All Public Agencies, Including The Commonwealth, Its Political Subdivisions And All Public Authorities, Include In All Contracts For Construction, Reconstruction, Alteration, Repair, Improvement Or Maintenance Of Improvements Of A Permanent Or Temporary Nature, A Provision That, If Supplies, Equipment, And Materials Shall Be Used In The Performance Of The Contract, Only Supplies, Equipment And Materials Produced In The United States Shall Be Used Unless Certain Conditions Are Met; Imposing Liability For Violation Of This Act; And Repealing Acts Or Parts Of Acts Inconsistent With This Act.
