1972 House Bill 1520. An Act Providing That At-Large Delegates And Alternates To The National Conventions Shall Vote On The First Roll Call For The Winner Of The Presidential Preference Primary, And That The District Delegates And Alternates Shall Vote For The Winner Of The Presidential Preference Primary In The District From Which Such District Delegates And Alternates Were Elected.
