Proposal For A Legislative Amendment To The Constitution Providing That The Governor And Lieutenant Governor Elected In The Year Nineteen Hundred And Seventy-Four Shall Serve For Two Years And That The Governor And Lieutenant Governor Shall Thereafter Be Elected For A Term Of Two Years.
