1968 House Bill 1015. An Act Providing That Citations For Contempt In Proceedings For Support Of A Wife Or Children Shall Be Made By Personal Service And That The Cost Thereof And Of The Service Of Writs Of Capias In Such Proceedings Shall Be Borne By The Respondent.
