Chap. 0129 An Act relative to the distribution of pasters or stickers at polling places. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 65 of chapter 54 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence, as appearing in section 15 of chapter 411 of the acts of 1943, and inserting in place thereof the following: - Pasters, commonly called stickers, shall not be posted in the polling place, in the building where the polling place is located, on the walls thereof, on the premises on which the building stands, on the sidewalk adjoining the premises where such election is being held, or within one hundred and fifty feet of the entrance to such polling place. Such pasters or stickers may be distributed adjacent to or in the building where the polling place is located or at the entrance to, but not in, the room where the polling takes place.
