Chap. 0239 An Act relative to the corporate powers of the American unitarian association. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: The American Unitarian Association, incorporated by chapter forty-two of the acts of eighteen hundred and forty-seven, is hereby authorized to hold, in trust or otherwise, and manage all property, real or personal, given or bequeathed to it, and also to acquire by purchase, gift, grant, devise or bequest, and to receive and hold in trust or otherwise, any property, real or personal, necessary or proper for any of the objects of the said corporation, and to sell, convey, mortgage or otherwise dispose of any property so held by it.
