Chap.   13.            AN   ACT   AUTHORIZING   PLYMOUTH   COUNTY   TO
OPERATE AND MAINTAIN AN AIRPLANE FOR THE DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF FOREST FIRES.
Be  it enacted,   etc.,   as  follows:
SECTION 1. The county commissioners of Plymouth county are hereby authorized to operate and maintain an airplane for the detection and prevention of forest fires and for such other public safety purposes as they may deem appropriate.
SECTION 2. Chapter twenty-seven of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-nine and chapter thirty-four of the acts of nineteen  hundred and fifty-eight are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.     This act shall take effect upon its passage.
