Chap.297 An Act designating a certain play area located in the hyde park district of the city of boston as the john h. dooley memorial playground.

Be it enacted, etc., asfolloius:

The playground for small children now under construction by the metropolitan district commission on Reservation road near the junction of Brainard street in the Hyde Park district of the city of Boston shall be known and designated as the John H. Dooley Memorial Playground. Said metropolitan district commission shall, upon completion of said playground, erect a suitable marker or tablet bearing such designation. Approved April 18, 1955.
