Chap. 0005 An Act to increase the capital stock of the wamsutta mills. 

Be it enacted, Sfc, as follows :

The Wamsutta Mills are hereby authorized to increase their capital stock by adding thereto a sum not exceeding five hundred thousand dollars, and to invest such portion thereof, in real and personal estate, as may be necessary and convenient for the purposes for which they have been incorporated. Approved Februay 2, 1860.
