Chap.  540.         AN    ACT    FURTHER    REGULATING    THE    OPERA-

TION      OF      THE      MASSACHUSETTS      TURNPIKE AUTHORITY.

Be it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:

SECTION 1. The fourth paragraph of section 15B of chapter 354 of the acts of 1952, as appearing in section 1 of chapter 773 of the acts of 1970, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "fee", in line 7, the words:- this tax provision shall apply to any project constructed pursuant to chapter 21D of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. Clause Forty-fourth of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as amended by section 113 of chapter 706 of the acts of 1975, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence:- No exemption shall be granted under this clause to any hazardous waste facility sited under the provisions of said chapter twenty-one D on lands of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
