CHAP. 81. 	AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE DATE FOR THE ANNUAL OBSERVANCE OF CHILDREN'S DAY. 
Be it enacted, etc., as follows: 
Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 12U, inserted by chapter 618 of the acts of 1956, and inserting in place thereof the following section: -Section 1'2U. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting ::tpart the second Sunday in June as Children's Day and recommending that said day be observed by the people in an appropriate manner in recognition of our children of today from whom will come the leaders of tomorrow.
