Chap. 0230 An Act in addition to an Act to incorporate the Washington Manufacturing Company.
BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Sec. 1.   The Washington Manufacturing Company, incorporated on the sixteenth day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven, are hereby authorized to increase their capital stock by the addition thereto of real estate not exceeding the amount of twenty thousand dollars, -and the said corporation may locate their works in the town of Millbury, in the county of Worcester, any thing in the act to which this is in addition to the contrary notwithstanding.
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect from and after the passage of the same.
