Chap. 0382 An Act relating to crossings at grade by railroads for private use. Be it enacted, etc., as follows; When the consent of the board of railroad commissioners is required for a crossing of a way or travelled place by a railroad for private use, said board may limit the number of tracks and may impose such other conditions in relation to the use of the crossing by said railroad as may be deemed expedient, and may from time to time modify such limitations and conditions as circumstances may require.
