Chap. 449.   An Act validating certain proceedings taken by
THE TOWN OF CANTON RELATIVE TO THE PAYMENT OF A SUM OF MONEY TO DONALD P. McNEICE.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1. The proceedings taken by the town of Canton under article seventeen of the warrant for the annual town meeting held in the year nineteen hundred and sixty-five in appropriating the sum of five thousand dollars for the purpose of reimbursing Donald P. McNeice one half the cost of the installation of a sewer in Pleasant street, near Fencourt road in said town, are hereby in all respects validated and confirmed.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
