Chap. 223.   An Act requiring the display of the flag of the
COMMONWEALTH IN EVERY COURT THEREOF WHILE COURT IS  IN  SESSION.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Chapter 220 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 1, as appearing in the Tercentenary Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following section: —
Section 1. The flag of the United States and the flag of the commonwealth shall be displayed in every court of justice of the commonwealth while court is in session.   The flags shall be of suitable dimensions.
