Chap. 255. AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WEYMOUTH TO PAY A CERTAIN SUM OF MONEY TO THOMAS C. SMITH, HARBORMASTER.

Be it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Weymouth is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the payment of, and after such appropriation, the treasurer of said town is hereby authorized to pay to Thomas C. Smith, the sum of four hundred dollars for longevity payments, due as follows: two hundred dollars for fiscal year nineteen hundred and eighty-two and two hundred dollars for fiscal year nineteen hundred and eighty-three for services performed as harbormaster in said town.

SECTION 2.     This act shall take effect upon its passage.
