Chap. 210.   An Act relative to extending the term of corporate
EXISTENCE  OF THE  SAVINGS  BANK INVESTMENT FUND.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 283 of the acts of 1945 is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: — The directors for the time being of the Mutual Savings Central Fund, Inc., established by chapter forty-four of the acts of nineteen hundred and thirty-two, as amended, hereinafter called the incorporators, are hereby constituted a corporation for a term ending upon the dissolution of the said Mutual Savings Central Fund, Inc. under the name of the Savings Bank Investment Fund, hereinafter referred to as the corporation.
