Chap. 0288 An Act to amend an act relating to betterments. 

Be it enacted, &c, as follows :
Section 1. Section seven of chapter three hundred and eighty-two of the acts of the year eighteen hundred and seventy-one is amended by striking out the words " at any term thereof" and inserting in place thereof the words "tiled in term time or in the clerk's office in vacation."
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
