Chap. 0070 An Act relating to attachments of real estate. Be it enacted, fyc, as follows: Section 1. Attachments of real estate and leasehold estates, for more than seven years from the making thereof, shall not be valid against purchasers for a valuable consideration, and in good faith, who are not parties defendant to such process, except from the time when the writ, or a copy thereof, as now required by law, shall be deposited in the office of the clerk of the courts for the county where the lands lie. Section 2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed. Section 3. This act shall take effect on the second day Of June next. Approved, March 13, 1860.
