Chap. 0427 An Act relative to the Justices' of the Court of Common Pleas.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :
On and after the first day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, the chief justice of the court of common pleas shall receive an annual salary of twenty-seven hundred dollars, and each of the other justices of said court shall receive an annual salary of twenty-five hundred dollars, and the said salaries shall be paid in quarterly paymeuts, out of the treasury of the Commonwealth, and in the same proportion for any part of a quarter.
