Chap. 0087 An Act to alter the times of holding the Circuit Court of Common Pleas, and Court of Sessions, within and for the county of Berkshire. Sec 1. BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same. That the Circuit Court of Common Pleas, and Court of Sessions, within aud for the county of Berkshire, shall, from and after the passing of this act, be holden at Lenox, within aud for the said county, on the fourth Monday of February, June and October annually, instead of the times now appointed by law for holding said Courts. Sec %. Re it further enacted, That all writs, recognizances, warrants, complaints, aud every other processes, precept, matter aud thing returnable to said Courts on the first Monday of January next, and all parties and persons that have been or may be required or directed to appear and attend at the time and place last abovementioned, and all actions, indictments, suits, matters and things now pending in said Courts, or either of them, in said county, shall be returned to, entered, appear and attend, have day, be heard, tried and determined, in the said Courts respectively, at the term thereof, appointed by this act, to be holden on the fourth Monday of February next.
