Chap. 0076 An Act relative to appropriations by the town of plymouth for municipal advertising purposes and for public amusements. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 1. The town of Plymouth may, by a majority vote, appropriate each year a sum not exceeding five thousand dollars for advertising the advantages of the town and for providing amusements or entertainments of a public character. The money so appropriated by the town shall be expended under the direction of the selectmen. Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. Approved February 11, 1950.
