Chap. 0076 An Act relative to appropriations by the town of

plymouth for municipal advertising purposes and for public amusements.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. The town of Plymouth may, by a majority vote, appropriate each year a sum not exceeding five thousand dollars for advertising the advantages of the town and for providing amusements or entertainments of a public character. The money so appropriated by the town shall be expended under the direction of the selectmen.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
