Chap. 0124 An Act to revive and continue in force an Act to preserve and secure from damage Marshfield Beach, and the meadows thereto adjoining. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, That an Act made on the twenty-first day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven, entitled " An Act to preserve and secure from damage Marshfield Beach and the meadows thereto adjoining," be, and the same is hereby revived, re-enacted and continued in force, and the same and every provision and clause therer in contained, shall have the same force and effect as if the condition and limitation expressed in the eighth section thereof had not been contained therein : Provided, that the inhabitants of the town of Marshfield, at a legal town meeting called for that purpose, shall, by a written vote, determine to adopt the said Act within six months after the passing of this Act, and not otherwise.
