Chap. 0114 An Act concerning the Boston, Barre and Gardner Railroad Company. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Sect. 1. The time allowed to the Boston, Barre and Gardner Railroad Corporation, for constructing their railroad, is hereby extended to the first day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven. Sect. 2. The time within which application may be made to the county commissioners, to estimate damages for land or property taken by said railroad corporation as provided in the Revised Statutes, is hereby extended for three years from and after the passage of this act, notwithstanding the said corporation may have heretofore filed the location of their railroad.
