Chap. 0064 An Act to authorize the boylston market association to hold additional real estate.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. The Boylston Market Association, incorporated by chapter forty-eight of the acts of the year eighteen hundred 
and eight, is hereby authorized to purchase and hold additional real estate abutting on Lagrange street or on the way known as Boylston square, in the city of Boston, to a value not exceeding three hundred thousand dollars, for the purposes set forth in chapter two hundred and five of the acts of the year eighteen hundred and eighty-seven.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
