Chap. 517. AN ACT DIRECTING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE TOWN OF DEDHAM TO ISSUE A PERMIT TO THE DEDHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT MULTIPLE DWELLING UNITS FOR THE ELDERLY IN SAID TOWN.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter one hundred and forty-five of the General Laws and notwithstanding the provisions of sections six and eight of the zoning by-law for the town of Dedham but, except as herein provided, subject to other applicable provisions of said zoning by-law, the building inspector of the town of Dedham shall issue a permit to the Dedham Housing Authority to construct a one hundred unit multiple housing project for the elderly, pursuant to the provisions of the General Laws applicable thereto, to be known as State-Aided Housing Project Dedham 667-3.
