Chap. 0072 An Act to increase the pay of Jurors in certain cases. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, That each Juror who shall hereafter attend on a summons issued on a complaint in relation to the locating, altering or discontinuing any High-way, Town-way or Private-way, or to the estimating damages occasioned thereby, shall receive one dollar and twenty-five cents for each day's attendance, and six cents for each mile travelled therefor each way.
