Chap.  799.          AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF  REGIONAL
COMMUNITY COLLEGES TO TRANSFER A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF GARDNER TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
Be it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:
The division of capital planning and operations is hereby authorized and directed to transfer a certain parcel of land in the city of Gardner under the control of the board of regents to the department of public works for the purposes of road construction .
Said land, beginning at a point in the northerly line of Matthews Street, said point located about 25 feet northerly from the center line Station 50 + 30, as shown on the 1980 plans for the reconstruction of Matthews Street; thence northeasterly along the arc of a 40 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 62.83 feet to a point of tangency; thence N 31° 03' 14" W a distance of 39.78 feet to a point of curvature; thence northwesterly along the arc of a 460 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 219.18 feet to a point of tangency; thence N 3° 33' 14" W a distance of 132.73 feet to a point of curvature; thence northwesterly along the arc of a 400 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 365.12 feet to a point of tangency; thence N 56° 03' 14" W a distance of 102.95 feet to a point; thence N 33° 56' 46" E a distance of 60.00 feet to a point; thence S 56° 03' 14" E a distance of 102.95 feet to a point of curvature; thence southeasterly along the arc of a 460 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 421.50 feet to a point of tangency; thence S 3° 33' 14"   E   a   distance  of   132.73   feet  to  a   point  of  curvature;   thence
southeasterly along the arc of a 400 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 190.59 feet to a point of tangency; thence S 31° 03' 14" E a distance of 39.78 feet to a point of curvature; thence southeasterly along the arc of a 40 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 62.83 feet to a point in the northerly line of Matthews Street; thence S 58° 56' 46" W by said northerly line of Matthews Street a distance of 140 feet to the point of beginning; said parcel containing an area of 55,938 square feet more or less.
