Chap. 0253 An Act authorizing the town of framingham to pay a certain sum of money to william j. haggerty and mary n. haggerty.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

The town of Framingham is hereby authorized to appropriate the sum of seven hundred dollars and seventy-two cents and pay to William J. Haggerty and Mary N. Haggerty, of said Framingham, in full settlement of their claims against the town for reimbursement on account of money expended by them in connection with the construction of water and sewerage works in Neville road in said town; provided, that no payment shall be made hereunder unless and until said parties shall have released to said town, by proper instrument or instruments, all right, title and interest they may have in said works.
