1945 House Bill 0720. An Act Relative To The Dates For Holding Primaries, Preliminary Elections And Caucuses, For The Filing Of Certificates Of Nomination And Nomination Papers For The Purposes Of Said Primaries And Preliminary Elections And For Ensuing Biennial State And Certain Annual Or Biennial City And Town Elections, And For The Filing Of Petitions Or Papers Requiring Public Policy And Other Questions To Be Placed Upon The Official Ballots For Said Elections, And Otherwise Facilitating Voting By Absent Voting Ballots At Said Elections By Residents Of Massachusetts And Of Certain Cities And Towns Who Are Serving In The Armed Forces Of The United States And In Certain Other Services Furthering The War Effort, And Making Certain Other Temporary Changes The Laws Relating To Elections.
