An Act Authorizing The City Of Haverhill To Have Four Members, The City Of Newburyport Two Members And Each Town Member One Member On The Regional District School Committee Of The Vocational Regional School District Comprising The Cities Of Haverhill And Newburyport And Certain Surrounding Towns And Providing For Their Election By The Voters Of Each Respective City Or Town.
