An Act Providing That A Licensee To Sell Alcoholic Beverages To Be Drunk On The Premises And His Patrons And Employees May Remain On The Licensed Premises After Closing Hours For Certain Purposes And Permitting Local Licensing Authorities To Decrease The Hours Of Such Business Only After Public Hearing Establishing A Decrease In Public Need As Measured By Volume Of Sales.
