The Undersigned Citizens Of North Adams, A Portion Of Us Having Signed A Remonstrance Against The Division Of The Town Of Adams, Do Hereby Respectfully Petition That The Bill Concerning The Division Of The Town Of Adams, Now Pending Before The Honorable Senate, Be Perfected And Passed To Be Enacted, To The End That The Question Of The Division Of Said Town Be Submitted To The Decision Of A Majority Of The Legal Voters Of Said Town, Who Shall Be In Attendance At A Meeting Legally Called For That Purpose.
