An Act Providing That No Person Or Groups Of Persons Can By Contract Lawfully Forego Or Relinquish Any Of Their Normal Basic Bargaining Or Contractual Rights Or Rights Guaranteed Under Both The State And Federal Constitutions As A Condition Precedent Or Subsequent To One's Being Employed Or Continued Employment But Shall Not Otherwise Effect Said Contract.
