Final report on the fatal automobile collision on Route 1 southbound in Lynnfield, Massachusetts between Hernan Ramon Marrero and Trooper Kevin T. Trainor on May 6, 2026. The District Attorney concluded that Hernan Ramon Marrero was responsible for the head on collision with Trooper Kevin T. Trainor due to excessive alcohol consumption and the death of Trooper Kevin T. Trainor.
